Your First Visit
At Rockwall Crossing Orthodontics, we offer new patient exams at no charge. This allows Dr. Bart to consult with you about any concerns you might have and what you hope to achieve with treatment. If you agree to move forward, we will conduct a separate, more extensive exam as well as take X-rays, photos, and scans before Dr. Bart discusses his findings and treatment recommendations with you.
Patient Forms
You can avoid any paperwork hassle on your first visit by filling out your registration and health history information online! Take a few minutes to fill out this confidential form, click the “Submit Form” button at the bottom, and your information will be sent to us with secure encryption.
Dental Insurance
We accept many dental insurance plans. Our team will work directly with your insurance provider so you can get the full plan benefits to which you’re entitled. Coverage may vary by insurer. Many patients pay for at least a portion of orthodontic treatment, so you may want to contact your dental insurance carrier to learn which services are covered by your plan.

In-House Financing
We can take your down payment at the time your braces are placed—typically 25%, which you can split into two payments, depending on the length of your treatment. We’ll then divide the rest of your remaining balance into equal monthly payments while we administer the care you require. We’re flexible to meet your needs!
